Agreement to Terms
By registering for and purchasing a pass to the 12th National Summit of Health and Population Scientists in Nepal, organized by the Nepal Health Research Council agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration.
Registration and Payment
All summit pass purchases are subject to availability.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your pass.
- All fees are quoted in NPR. You are responsible for any applicable transaction, currency conversion, or bank fees.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All ticket sales for the summit are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including if you are unable to attend the live event.
- In the unlikely event that the Summit is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control your pass will be automatically transferred to the new dates.
Code of Conduct
- We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee or presenter, without refund, for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive, at our sole discretion.
Submission
All submissions must be received through the official channel by the above mentioned deadline. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
- All eligible submissions will undergo a review process by the Summit's selection committee. The decision of the committee is final.
- A notification of "Conditional Acceptance" or "Acceptance" is not a guarantee of presentation. Your submission is only finally selected upon our sending of a formal Confirmation Email.
- Only submitters who receive this Confirmation Email will be allowed to present at the Summit. Nepal Health Research Council reserves the right to rescind an acceptance if the submitter does not meet deadlines for required materials, or is found in violation of these Terms.
- You represent and warrant that the submission is your original work, and does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- You acknowledge and agree that your presentation (oral or poster) may be recorded (audio/video) and photographed by us. You grant us the right to use these recordings for post-event access and promotional purposes.
- All presentations must adhere to the Summit's Code of Conduct and must not contain confidential, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.
